HANNAH CLARKE PRESTON MACGOUN
Hannah H C Preston MacGoun lived and trained in Edinburg. She was known for the charming studies of children with which she illustrated a succession of books by various authors. Geddes family lore relates that she was a welcome visitor to their home at Gowanbrae, Blairgowrie, and this is borne out by dedications on several books illustrated by her and given 'to Ewan Geddes and his mother' between 1908 and 1912.
